The day focuses on meaningful service activities that combine learning, community support, and environmental awareness. Participants will begin with an Education Kit Distribution drive in collaboration with schools and NGOs, where essential study materials and digital tools will be provided to underprivileged students. The interaction aims to motivate children and create stronger community engagement.

In the afternoon, attendees will join a Plantation Drive dedicated to boosting Bangkok’s green cover. By planting trees together, participants contribute to long-term environmental health while encouraging sustainable urban development.

Who can attend Thailand Series 2026?

The event is primarily for Maharaja Club International members and specially invited guests. We also offer a limited number of delegate passes available by application and selection process. Each day has different participation requirements - the social activity welcomes volunteers and NGO partners, the awards night is by invitation, and the conference accepts registered delegates and speakers.

What is the dress code for each day?

24 Jan (Social Activity): Smart casual with comfortable footwear suitable for outdoor activities.

25 Jan (Awards Night): Black tie / Formal evening wear required.

26 Jan (Conference): Business formal or smart casual attire.

Can I attend individual days or do I need to register for all three?

You can register for individual days based on your interests. MCI members receive full access to all three days. Delegate passes can be purchased for specific days or the full series. Each day requires separate registration to manage capacity and provide the best experience.

Are meals and refreshments included?

Yes! The 25 Jan awards night includes a full gala dinner. The 26 Jan conference includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Light refreshments will be provided during the 24 Jan social activity. Any special dietary requirements can be indicated during registration.

How do I nominate someone for an award?

Award nominations can be submitted through our online application form. You'll need to provide detailed information about the nominee's achievements, impact in technology and/or humanitarian work, and supporting documentation. Self-nominations are also accepted. The selection committee reviews all nominations and winners are announced at the awards ceremony.

Can I get an invoice for my registration?

Yes, official invoices are generated automatically upon completion of registration and payment. You can download your invoice from your registration confirmation email or your account dashboard. For corporate invoicing requirements, please contact our registration team before completing payment.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30+ days before the event. Cancellations 15-29 days prior receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but passes may be transferred to another attendee with advance notice. Force majeure circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Will there be opportunities to network?

Absolutely! Networking is a core component of all three days. The awards night includes dedicated networking sessions before and after the ceremony. The conference features breaks, lunch, and an exhibition zone designed for networking. The social activity on Day 1 is also an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow participants in a meaningful, informal setting.
